Mold frame is a part of the Hardening car, is a special transport vehicle in aerated concrete production process
Hardening car is the main equipment in the production of aerated concrete equipment. After cutting the body together with the base plate to be hoisted into the steam car. The trolley carries the bottom plate and the blank body, and the body is entered into the steaming pot for steaming and raising.
Automatic spreader and double beam double hook crane for supporting, demoulding, lifting body etc.. The structure adopts the hydraulic propeller, and the four hooks are automatically closed.

1) Introduction of AAC Mould & Hardening car & Hoister

2) Mould
Mould is AAC production major ancillary equipment.After the raw materials uniform mixing, it is pouring into the mould,solidifying and expanding After curing, off-mould, which can be cut.
3) Hardening car
Hardening car is the main ancillary equipment in the production of aerated concrete. The cutted body was hoisted into the hardening car with the bottom plate. The hardening car organizes the body and bottom plate into groups and carries them into autoclave for steam curing.
Adopt 12# trough steel welded together, combined with bottom board and mould casing, operation smooth and light.
4) Hoister
The hoister is used to hang the cake(together with mould and bottom board) to cutting plate,then take off the mould,the cake will be cutt. Hoister is main assistant equipments in AAC producing.
