1) Brief introduction of PCX series impact crusher machine

PCX highly effective fine impact crusher, also called the third generation sand making machine, is a new type sand making equipment developed by combining the domestic and overseas technology with the working conditions of related industries.

Highly effective fine impact crusher is used for fine crushing medium hard materials in concrete industry, such as limestone, plaster, clinker, mixed material, calcium phosphide, dolomite, and pearl ore, etc. It is also applicable to building material, fertilizer, mine and fireproofing material industries.

1. High-efficiency: The new types sand production rate is more than the traditional impact sandstone machine about 40-60%.

3. High quality: The finished product of sandstone with cubic shape has the strong ability of anti-pressure which is applied to the high-standard architecture. And the 85% sandstones product particle size is less than 5mm.

3)Working principle of PCX series impact crusher machine

When the fine impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate with high speed. When the materials get into first crushing cavity, crush and impact with the board hammer on the rotor, and then enter the second fine crushing cavity for crushing, finally, discharged from the discharge opening.
