Overview

1) Brief introduction of ring hammer crusher

Ring hammer crusher is a kind of impact rotor type crusher with a ring hammer. Ring hammer can not only switch along with rotor rotation, but also rotate around the ring hammer which is revolved by the high- speed motor, at the same time material obtained the kinetic energy and rushed at the impact plate receiving the second crushing process, then falls on the screen sieve and be cut, extruded, and grinded by the ring hammer. At last the materials that come up to standard can be discharged by the machine. Through replacement of sieve plate, discharge size of materials can be adjusted. Gap between rotor and sieve plate can be adjusted by the mechanism.

3)Working principle of ring hammer crusher

The main working parts of ring hammer crusher is the rotor with a hammer ,rotor is composed of spindle, disk, pin and hammer. The motor drive the rotor with high speed rotation in the broken cavity, materials from the up mouth feeder into the machine, it is crushed by high speed movement of the hammer blow's impact, shear, grinding. Under the rotor, there is a screening plate, the crushed material whose size is smaller than the sieve can come out through the sieve, the other material whose size is bigger than the sieve will still be combated and grinded by the hammer, finally through the plate out.
