The flotation machine is mainly applicable for separating nonferrous metal and ferrous metal, and also used for the separation of nonmetal, such as fluorite, talcum and so on.
1） Working principle of the flotation machine
When driven by the vee belt of motor, the impeller of the flotation machine begins to rotate, negative pressure is formed by the centrifugal force, and on the one hand, inhale the sufficient air, mixing with the pulp, on the other hand, the blended pulps are lead to the mineralization area, thinning the bubbles, and minerals adhere to the bubbles and form the mineralization bubbles. Adjusting the height of flashboard, and controlling the liquid level, these bubbles are discharged by the scraper plate.
2) Features of the flotation machine
High inhalation, low power consumption. Each chute can inhale gas, sink magma, and flotation. There is no need of accessory equipment and horizontal equipment with self flotation circuit. It is easy to change the technological process. The cycling way of magma is very reasonable. It can reduce the impurities to a great extent. There is automatic control equipment on the magma surface. It is easy to adjust. The impeller carries the backward-style upper and lower blades. The upward one makes the magma cycle upward, which the downward one makes the magma cycle downward.
