1) Brief introduction of PFX series powerful impact crusher

PFX Impact crusher is mainly used to crush many kinds of large, medium, small hard size materials, which particle size is not more than 200 mm and compressive strength is below150Mpa. 3)Working principle of PFX series powerful impact crusher

The rotor does the high-speed rotation under the driving of a motor. The material impacts with the hammer on the rotor. Then, under the hitting of hammer, the material is broken. The crushed material is impacted to the impact plate and broken again. Adjust the clearance between the rotor frame and the impact frame, and it can be achieved the purpose of changing the material discharging size and material shape. when the pratical size of materials is less than the grate bar gap. Finally, the material is discharged from the discharge port.
